College and the years around it bring real pressure: academic stress, big transitions, questions of identity and purpose, relationships, family expectations, and figuring out who you are becoming. It’s common to feel anxious, overwhelmed, homesick, or stuck — even when everything looks fine from the outside.

I have experience working with college students, including assessment and counseling with neurodiverse students, and I understand the particular demands of this stage of life. In therapy, we make room to sort through what you’re carrying, build coping skills for stress and self-doubt, and explore the questions of meaning and direction that often surface during these years.

Telehealth makes therapy easier to fit around classes, jobs, and changing schedules, and lets you keep the same therapist even when you travel home for breaks — as long as you’re within California or Oregon.

I’m a clinical psychologist licensed in both states and would be glad to talk about whether we’re a good fit.

Telehealth therapy across California & Oregon. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d be glad to hear from you.
